The licensing comes in a single pricing model – 2000 session buckets per month A session is an interaction between a user and the bot. The session begins when a user topic is triggered and ends when one of these conditions is met—either: The user’s questions are answered, or the conversation exceeds 60 minutes or 100 turns.

Purchasing Power Virtual Agents capacity requires access to the Microsoft 365 admin centre with either the global administrator or billing administrator roles.
